Silk Mohair

Our Silk Mohair is a soft and luxurious blend of mohair and silk. It contains 72% kid mohair and 28% silk. This is a lace yarn: 50 g is 420 meters.

Mohair adds a lovely halo to any garment or accessory, while remaining light and warm at the same time. It is perfectly blended with our other merino bases, such as our Merino Singles.

All our yarns are mulesing-free. All our yarns are thoroughly rinsed after dyeing, but some colors may bleed a little when washed. Therefore, wash finished projects separately the first few times. A tip is to use a "Colour catcher" when washing to catch any colour. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
